Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and not afraid of tight spaces, heights, or the occasional unexpected visitor? We’re looking for someone who’s up for the challenge of installing underfloor insulation and Ground Moisture Barriers—because even the spiders deserve a warm home in winter!

If crawling under houses doesn’t faze you, then how about working in ceiling cavities, where summer heat turns up the challenge and one wrong step might land you through the plasterboard? You'll also get hands-on experience removing old insulation, which comes with its own set of surprises—think rodent droppings and the occasional bird’s nest. But hey, at least you get to make the space fresh and ready for new insulation!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel around the bottom of the North Island
  • Physical fitness and stamina for a hands-on role
  • Strong communication skills (with both staff and customers)
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided

  • Based in Wainuiomata
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start (occasional Saturday work based on demand)
  • A great team environment with plenty of variety in your work
